Future tasks
Upper Lusatia’s economy not only excels with traditions, but also with innovations. Superbly educated and trained skilled employees and engineers are a vital prerequisite for this. That is why it is even more important to consolidate the marketing measures for and on behalf of skilled employees as well as measures designed to support employment in Upper Lusatia. Two Saxon labor market coordinators are active in Zittau and Bautzen where they continue to expand existing partnerships among schools, regional stakeholders, and companies and bring skilled employees and companies together under the united label “Find a Future in Upper Lusatia – Start a Career Where Germany Begins.”
